 er, USA (1982), and subsequently in Johannesburg, South Africa(1992), 
 in Brisbane, Australia(2000), in Santiago, Chile(2004), in Lulea, Swed
 en(2008) and now in Sudbury, Ontario Canada (2012).\nThe objective of 
 MassMin is to facilitate close dialogue among experts on issues relati
 ng to research, technological development and the application of Mass 
 Mining around the world. This conference promotes strong interactions 
 between academic and industry in all the aspects of the technology.\nR
