Seeking Project Controls professionals for leading Australian EPCM projects.  Must have minimum 10 years  experience and prepared to relocate to beautiful Australia (Western Australia or Queensland).  Preference given to those with approved residency status, however, sponsorship under 457 subclass visas could be offered to the right candidates.

What is a best practice in entering "fragnets" in a schedule. When do you use constraints, when do you suspend activities or just extend the activity durations for the affected activites. I know how I have handeled this in the past and would like to know if I am using the common practices.

Dear Mr Deshmukh,
I am a new member in this forum. I have spent more than 18 years in Govt owned power company, mostly in construction planning wing. Recently I have switch over to a pvt company where requirements related to project planning, specifically application of tools such as Primavera are much more demanding. I want to improve my understanding of Project management of large infrastructure projects, more sepcifically cost control part of it. I have good working knowledge of MS project and primavera
I seek yr valuable suggestion on how to go about it.
