I have been doing turnaround planning and scheduling now for over 10 years. We started using P3 3.0 and then 3.1 at Monsanto/Solutia. I left Solutia and went to work for CDI Engineering doing turnaround scheduling for Lyondell which is now Lyondell Basell. We are now using Primavera 5.0. Currently, I am the Lead Scheduler for the Corpus Christi Lyondell plant's 2009 spring turnaround.

Hello Preston,
I am Planner involved for a water front project in Bahrain Bay - middle east. I started planning career in 1998 and now I am using P3.1 for Scheduling and Monitoring Civil Construction works. My previous projects were- National Highway 50 kms in India, Runway Resurfacing works in Bahrain. Now it's Construction of 6 storeyed Bank Building with typical Wave structures. I would appreciate if you could elaborate about Turnaround Scheduling and how it differs from traditional one.
