Concerning your email titled "Syncronization of two different Enterprise database on one project"
I would suggest downloading your project activities into either an Access database if it is extremely large or an Excel spreadsheet.
I would look for common attributes or activity codes. Although the code names may be different I would be willing to bet that a lot of them have the same description or use. For example you could have a code field by the name "Model Area" on one schedule but it may be called "Location" on another.
Once you know which attributes that you have in common you would proceed to delete any attribute from the downloaded schedule that was not part of the other schedule. You would then rename the attributes on the downloaded schedule to match the attribute names on the uploaded schedule.
You would need to do the same with the resources.
After reviewing the data you would then upload it to your other database.
I hope this generalization helps. If you need help with the technical aspects I would suggest calling Primavera they could walk you through it.
Kindest Regards,
Michael G. Jones PSP
