Nice to hear from you. I just got back from a trip to Dubai and saw your note. PMCC opened an office in Houston in 2000 and hasn't looked back since.

Forensic Planning is a term used in the UK. I hadn't heard of it before. It is essentially delay and disruption claims analysis. It is very interesting work, especially for the power plant industry.
