- Currently working as Senior Project Planner for Valero Project in Port Arthur, Texas. Previous work experience as Project Controls Manager, Senior Planning Engineer/Delay Analyst, Planning/Scheduling Engineer, Cost Engineer and Civil/Site Engineer on various locations such as Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines and Middle East. A member of Project Management Institute, Society of Petroleum Engineers, American Society of Civil Engineers and AACE International. Also, a council member for Gerson Lehrman Group & a Certified Planning Engineer by AAPM.
For the past 15 years, I had been working with multi-national companies for refinery, drilling & submersible rigs, LNG, railways and underground tunnel & MRT, manufacturing plants, high-rise buildings, condominiums, roads and bridges.
With knowledge about project planning, programming, scheduling, change management, implementation & supervision, monitoring, reporting, and control using the critical path method, quantity surveying works. Also has knowledge about design planning, documentation, procurement, resource planning, cash flow preparation and cost control, extension of time claim, and overall claim preparation and analysis.
A civil engineering graduate & a civil engineer in profession. Currently preparing for PSP certification.

Yes this is Roy dun sa (MEP, Philip Morris) project sa Batangas. Kumusta na? Technip ka pala ngayon dyan sa Houston. Dito ko sa Toronto bale almost six years na din. Nasa Bantrel ako bale subsidiary ng Bechtel dito sa Canada. Musta, apektado ba kayo ng slow down sa oil and gas?
