www.aacei.org is a website that has some really good resources. You may want to get a book called "Construction Planning and Scheduling" I believe the author's name is Tom Glavinich or something like that. You can find it in AACEI's online bookstore.

www.primavera.com is an excellent place to start. They have great on-line training modules to learn the software. Also, the yearly user conferences are also a great learning experience. Good Luck!
